We are one of the largest custom powder coating companies in the intermountain west. With over 12 years experience in custom powder coating, fusion bonded epoxy, and 25 years in liquid coatings, we have the skill for any job .

Home to the largest batch oven in the intermountain west; we can coat huge parts and structures, as well as pipes and fittings for a variety of projects including construction projects, water treatment plants, power generating plants and oil & gas refineries. Our 3 acre storage yard allows us to handle large shipments from all over the United States, yet our expertise isn’t limited only to industrial coatings, we also cater to the Automotive, Motorcycle and ATV industries doing; engine blocks, frames, and other components with a variety of finishes. Architectural and Decorative coating is also something we do well, coating aesthetic structures, art work and Antiques. Coating is our business and we know it well!

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of materials and products that are used by both industries and consumers. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable, high-quality, and attractive finish. Powder coating is the fastest-growing finishing technology in North America, representing over 10% of all industrial finishing applications.
Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) is a powder coating which is applied applied by spray or dip to heated metal causing the powder to fuse to the metal and form a thick shell. FBE was developed for oil and gas buried pipeline environments where superior coating bond, chemical resistance, soil stress, and cathodic disbondment protection are required. These coatings have high operating temperature capabilities, up to 105°C, (depending on environment and product).
